It is very nice and great company in hospitality sector in US. The founder, Mr. Rameshbhai, of The Parks hospitality group is Indian Gujarati family. Mr. Rameshbhai is civil engineer and moved to US many years ago. This group owned many hotels in different area in US.
This past August, I stayed at one of Parks Hospitality Group's hotels. TRU in Raleigh N.C. They charged my credit card for another person's stay. TRU changed my credit not once, but three times in 107 days. TRU would change my credit card each month, and I would have to call the hotel and send an email. to request an adjustment to my account. In total it took me 10 hours to resolve this issue and I had to cancel my credit card twice. The GM at TRU in Raleigh was NOT VERY HELPFUL.
