He took the time to show me every single unit available, answered all my questions in detail, and never once made me feel rushed. Excited about the city of Oakland Park bringing in another beautiful apartment building! After living in an amazing apartment in Tennessee, I’ve become much more discerning about every little detail with other buildings (construction quality, amenities, sensible floor plan, retail partners, etc.). From what I’ve seen so far (on sight and online), I can say without a doubt that Parklyn has left no stone unturned on this project. Well done Oakland Park and Parklyn!

Really beautiful finishes and an amazing amenity package with coworking, speakeasy lounge and wellness program with cold plunge, infrared sauna, and light-therapy showers. There's a bunch of great retail on the first floor also.
