Parkline Chicago

I recently stayed in the guest room at this apartment community and had a fantastic experience. The management staff is incredibly attentive—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure guests feel welcome. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained and clean. It’s clear the team takes pride in the property. Just moved into Parkline and the experience has been so smooth. The office team is wonderful and I can’t tell you how helpful the front desk has been. The amenities are beautiful and always clean, you can’t go wrong with an indoor hot tub. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for their next home!

Lived here for over a year now and I must say Parkline is the most beautiful building in the Loop. From my apartment, I’m able to see bits of 9 Chicago Icons and I LOVE being able to take friends on mini architecture tours right from my living room! The staff here is amazing, Jasmine (who showed me the building not one time, not two times, but THREE times- I’m picky), Michelle and her level of professionalism, Ira, Marquise, Nikki, Charnel, Sarge… they’re all so great and really make this place feel warm and welcoming even for my guests. I spent 8 months looking for luxury apartments before deciding and I am so happy with my choice. Moved in last month and the experience has been great. The staff are friendly. The concierge are all very helpful and easy to talk to. There's a great gym and indoor pool and the design is trendy. Great place for downtown living.

I have been living at Parkline for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most convenient and well-maintained apartments I’ve ever experienced.
