My mom has been living here for over two years, and I agree that the property did struggle with poor management in the past. However, since the new management took over about 2–3 months ago, there has been a noticeable change. The staff is cordial, respectful, and genuinely attentive to my mom’s needs. The property looks much better, and they are clearly making an effort to improve things, especially with lighting at night, which is always working now and makes the place feel safer. Maintenance is also available 24/7. My brother moved into an apartment here about two months ago as well, and he’s been very happy with his experience!. As someone who visits often, I now feel secure every time I leave my mom here.

I just moved my niece in to these "affordable" apts. I was concerned due to the relatively low pricing but it is all she could afford - even with my help... I have been pleased to learn that the units are clean and well maintained for and older property. The manager Perla is really on top of things- I talked to some neighbors and they gave her glowing reviews.

As new Management took over things have been going the way they should. From keeping a clean and up kept complex to maintenance getting things done. Never had an issue and I love it here. Ms Perla and Ms Ana have been Awesome and very understanding to tenants needs and concerns. Couldn't have ask for better management. I appreciate them.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've been living here for seven months, and since Miss Perla started as manager, everything has gone very well. She's been very kind and attentive. Perla and Ana really care about providing excellent service.

Been here about 3 months and so far it’s been good. Maintenance is pretty quick when something comes up, and the office actually seems to care about residents.
