From the maintenance team to Carlos, the property manager, I truly feel spoiled by the level of care and attention they give to this community. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours — which, in my experience, is almost unheard of. The property is consistently well-kept, quiet, and feels safe. We have just moved into this community, and as a new tenant, I was thoroughly impressed with the application process, the turnover time of the application process, and the efficiency in which the administrative staff worked. The unit was not only move in ready but was to exemplary cleanliness status, and felt warm and inviting. A special mention and shout out to the manager of this property (Carlos Leal). He was friendly, efficient, proficient, professional, and made sure that we had a smooth and great process. Looking forward to being a resident with this beautiful community.

My husband and I just got the keys today and we love our apartment. The community is great and not too far from our favorite social areas. The property manager Carlos Leal was very kind to us when we first walked in Amy was able to get the process done smooth as possible. I’ve been here for awhile and really love it. It’s very convenient to my work and the airport plus what’s better than having a washer/dryer in your unit! Carlos is a great manager and really cares about the residents.

I had a great experience living here! Carlos at the front office was attentive to my needs. The service team always handled my requests in a timely fashion. I think it is a great value overall. It’s a cute and tucked away community in oak lawn and I never had any issues with crime or disturbances while living there. The creek in the middle of the property is so unique and they just don’t make apartment communities like this anymore!
