Negative Stars if possible. Olivia was super helpful and accommodating. Monica however is extremely unprofessional, rude and treats you like a burden. I was sent an application later than the 1st applicant so of course they turned theirs in first but was told we would receive them at the same time. Keep in mind its 2pm on a Tuesday and i have to fill this application out while working to even be considered. Refused to let me apply last week or Monday and had to have local people tour as I am trying to relocate from out of state. I am super disappointed at this experience so far. Made me waste a week attempting to work with them. They weren't going to even notify me I didn't get an apartment, i had to call to find out. Just heard them talking to my friend on the phone, incredibly rude and unprofessional. It seems they have some very unfair policy and simply blamed it on a slow software, in reality, the agent had bias and sent the application to who she wanted to live there after touring several people. Not who reached out first, but who she wanted to live there and claims applied first. Easy to be the first applicant when everyone else gets the application later.

Although we only rented from Parker Property Management only a year, I would def rent from them again. We only moved because the owner decided to sell or we’d still be with them. Anytime we put a service request in, they had a technician out the next day addressing the issue. The staff seemed nice and replied promptly through our email exchanges. I’d recommend renting from them.

For the past few years, my husband and I have been dealing with Nanette who manages our house in Clovis CA. She’s been such a helpful and friendly person to deal with. I wanted to post this review because it’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, communicates well and follows up with every query made. As a whole, We are getting a great experience with this company and the staff. We couldn't recommend them more!

I had a wonderful experience Parker Properties. I moved half-way across the country and they made renting my home virtually stress free. David and Sharon completely handled all the day-to-day details so I didn’t have to worry about my property at all. When I decided to sell last year, they were also my seller’s agent. Again, this was a seamless process: from the end of the tenancy to listing to offer was less than a month! They know the market, are super professional, and give wonderful advice. I’m so happy with the service I received and highly recommend them!
