⚠️ Save yourself the stress — do NOT lease here. I lived at Parker Hilltop for a year after moving 10 hours away from everyone I knew, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. After transferring units in July, I started submitting constant noise complaints about the residents above me. Not a single thing was ever done. My husband, Marcos, worked for the property at the time, and after new management took over, everything fell apart. The previous team actually cared — the new one is nothing but disorganized and self-serving. The manager, Rashelle, made it her mission to get my husband fired from the moment she arrived. She succeeded — right as winter began — leaving two adults and two babies with nowhere to go. It started when he reported discrimination and unfair treatment

I’ve really come to enjoy living here. When I first moved in a couple of months ago, you could tell the place was going through a bit of a transition. But I have to say, I am very grateful for the new maintenance guy, Dan. He came in and cleaned up the mess the last crew left behind, no complaints, just got to work. And let me be honest—anyone can tell when a review is written out of pure frustration. Every time I’ve gone to the office, the new ladies have been busy, either helping new faces or dealing with folks I see around Hilltop all the time. This new team has truly turned my experience around, and you can tell they’re actually trying to make things better. I still appreciate the Thanksgiving giveaway and the Halloween party—they didn’t have to do all that, but they did. I definitel

It was such a pleasure working with Aaliyah. She walked me through every step of the move-in process with professionalism, care, patience, and actively worked to make sure everything was perfect for my move in. edit: I had to raise the stars because the maintenance crew is awesome. I had a pipe burst and they were super nice and worked fast. I appreciate those guys a lot cuz it was a bad morning that they made better. I have lived here for a year and about 8 months into my lease new tenants moved in above me and since then my ceiling has been used as a trampoline. What I truly believe happened is the previous tenant had carpet and when the new tenants moved in they removed the carpet and put in vinyl hardwood flooring. Now I get to hear every piece of furniture get dragged across my ceiling. The neighbors also think it's fun to jump on the floor I guess cuz they're doing it as I'm writing this B4 bed. whoever moves into building 18 apartment 202 good luck to ya🫡

The HOT TUBS- are still NOT working, even though you have the parts. However the maintenance part was AWESOME!!!!! Will was efficient and friendly and communicated very well. There was another maintenance man/ guy- I don't know his name, but he was great too! I'm very happy with maintenance.
