It is a beautiful apartment, and I did enjoyed my time here. The view from my apartment was beautiful and private. I did have issues with mold in my main bathroom, ants and bugs (my apartment was on the 3rd floor). There is an extremely noisy mustang that is heard across the complex; people smoke weed on their balcony, dog poop essentially everywhere and trash in the mulch. Management changes frequently. When I first moved in, the pool was closed every weekend, it was like clock work - an email went out every single Thursday or Friday. That happened for about 3-4 months but never had issues with the pool after the maintenance staff changed. Problems I've heard about from other tenants: horrific experiences with MOLD, cockroach/bug infestations, and ants. They also emptied my friend's stor
Have enjoyed my stay! I've lived here for the last 2 years and absolutely have loved my apartment, it's roomy, clean and bright. The only reason I'm moving is because I've purchased a new home. I've had no issues here and when I did, the office staff and maintenance responded immediately. I've had decent neighbors and my floor has been pretty quiet. I don't hear any of my neighbors either below or next to me (I'm in a top floor unit with great views) the office has events and food trucks which are great. I don't use the pool or grill area so I can't comment on that. As with any apartment community, there are always certain people who don't respect the property.It's no fault of the office staff as they do their best to make this a great community. I am a reasonable person and I can give a chance but the disrespect and blatant disregard for my peace of mind and respect has brought me to make this review. The place seems as a family oriented and peaceful, It has not been peaceful and certainly not family oriented. I have reached out to management about noise complaint but as I was told they do not follow up with if the issue was not resolved they say they will reach out to so and so but who knows. Every where else I have lived the manager will always follow up to make sure any issue is resolved this manager said they don’t do that. There is issues with weed smoking since they sent multiple text messages about it but I asked to send a text message to remind others to be mindful of others and she refused. I cannot warn people strongly enough: avoid Parker at East Village Apartments at all costs! My wife, our two young daughters, and I lived here and had to move out because of severe mold issues that directly impacted our family's health. They wouldn’t let us break our lease either.. We moved in when the building was relatively new (it was rushed construction, I literally watched them build it, and it showed sadly. At first, things seemed okay, but about a year or two in, black mold and green mold started appearing everywhere, growing on our furniture, clothes, belongings, and walls especially near vents. We notified management multiple times, but they barely did anything meaningful. Others have had issues as well and they just slapped some paint over it to make it "look nice," but the prob
If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been nothing but stress and disappointment from day one. After nearly 2.5 years as tenants, it’s clear that management does not care about residents once they have your rent. When we first moved in, multiple appliances (fridge, dishwasher, dryer) were not working and it took weeks and repeated complaints to get them fixed. Maintenance is slow, inconsistent, and only ever does the bare minimum. We had a serious mold issue that spread onto the ceiling. When maintenance finally showed up, they barely looked at it and told us to “shower with the door open” instead of actually treating or cleaning the mold. It continued spreading. Mold is a health concern, but management showed no urgency or care. Our air conditioning has gone out twice. T
