I’m a current resident, have lived here for 3 years, and I can’t wait to move. This complex just continues to go downhill. You’ll pay way too much for a bunch of services/amenities that are almost always broken. The staff barely responds back to emails or phone calls, and are never in the office, so if there’s an emergency you might as well deal with it yourself. If they do respond, they’re not very kind or understanding. I’m shocked people are still moving in. The 2 pools have been shut down for months (since April 2025 - it's now September 2025) with no word on when the repairs will take place. Just don’t do it, you can find somewhere better for the same price. The only highlight is that the maintenance team tries their best to complete repairs quickly, however I believe they're limited

if you’re looking for the WORST living experience of your life, here it is. From roaches to random water cuts, the nightmare of living in this complex seems to never end. Would rate 0 stars if it was possible. I had maintenance requests denied because handles for my kitchen and bathroom cabinets are not a feature my unit comes with. The bare, exposed wood around my kitchen and bathroom cabinets is also unable to be painted according to maintenance. The paper covering my cabinet doors peels, tears, and is unpleasant to live with. But due to lack of access to handles, pulling on the fragile paper is the only way to open the cabinets. Current resident that can't wait until my lease is up. Move here if you want roaches crawling all over you. They are everywhere, kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom, I even found a roach in my bed...DISGUSTING. Pest control is a joke and dropping traps and spraying never work. I tried to get in a weekly rotation, but that's a joke because your request is mark as complete and they never showed up. There has been an issue with the pools since April, they were closed on a holiday, then I was told one would be open during office hours. I work during the office hours. Dogs poop is everywhere, bag stations are constantly empty. I feel like they do a better job with lawn maintenance every week it seems, than addressing the infestation in people's units.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living here has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I pay nearly $2,000 a month to live in a disgusting, roach-infested apartment that feels more like a health hazard than a home. I’ve submitted request after request for pest control, and nothing gets done. The roaches are EVERYWHERE — my bedroom, my bathroom, inside my cabinets, my kitchen… I literally can’t put anything down without the fear of something crawling over it. It’s beyond gross, it’s mentally draining. I have lost sleep because of this and other times I just stayed at work which thankfully is a hotel. God! Management doesn’t care. DO NOT MOVE IN .ROACH INFESTED. and they have done little to nothing about fixing the problem. Also if you want something fixed do it yourself these guys that work here are useless
