If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. The management here is completely indifferent to the well-being of the residents. The elevator at 180 East, Bronx, NY, has been out of order for over a month, and it still hasn't been fixed. They posted a notice saying it would be repaired within a month, but now they’re claiming it’ll take another month. My husband is about to have heart surgery and won’t even be able to come home after his discharge because he won't be able to climb the stairs. Parkash’s team has shown zero urgency in addressing this, and it’s clear they only care about getting their rent checks. This is unacceptable.

This guy is the greatest relative ever. He helps people find an apartment. I recommend that everybody should go to him if anybody needs permit I’ll go to him.

Our lease expire we call the son to tell him we moving out he tells us to give the keys to the super we did the super rented the apartment next day with out fix to family member then they wana charge us for over 30k in rent

The worst house I ever lived, the super is very very unprofessional and rude. CCTV cameras useless, stealing of packages car etc. the management has to be the most in responsible management I ever came across, no maintenance, they don’t pick calls and all they care about is their money. The worst nightmare I ever experienced. Don’t even think about living in that apartment and also be ready to end up in court with them

Have been living in 3873 orloff for over 30 years never had a problem until Parkash took over. Every year or two just before renewing my lease they sent me letter that I haven’t paid and that they’re taking me to civil court. Have to waste a whole day collecting payments from the bank and driving all the way to Jamaica Queens, since nobody answers the phone to show them the proofs of pay. They love harassing people so they can get them out and pump the rent. Another thing they have been doing for the past two years is taking our parking spaces, they requested us to take out our cars so they can do some construction and since then there’s no construction going on and they park cars illegally that pay cash.
