Update: This was my previous review and experience as to when I attempted renting from them many years ago. I am now a homeowner and could care less about a response from whoever the property manager is now! I doubt that your pathetic rules and criteria have changed in 2026 and I wouldn't care if they did or NOT! This review is for future people looking at renting from this property located in the HOOD. ******Also, to the present property manager/ pathetic office staff that keeps writing a response to a review I made many years ago, it's funny that my husband and I made the criteria to BUY a home with land and not waste our time renting from you all shortly after you all denied us!
