Park West at Hillwood

Been a tenant for a year now, and they have taken care of need and concern in all timely matters. Wilheidy is our current office manager and she is a great active listener! She doesn’t just hear you talking she takes action and always follows up with love and kind words.

Loved living here the 3 years I’ve been. The Charlotte Park management company and maintenance led by Wilheidy and Nathan are top notch and make me feel like I’m at home. Nathan and his team of technicians are prompt and professional on every request.

Great place to live. The new management has done an excellent job. Nathan, who is one of the technicians, has really made any maintenance issues a breeze and has resolved things so quickly.

As my lease comes to an end I reflect on the horrible trauma that has been left upon me living here. pros: -Cats live on property cons: -Roaches & brown recluses -Water is often brown -Creepy men everywhere leaving inappropriate things on my car and constantly harassing me- management doesn't care -Maintenance comes in any time with zero warning -First night i stayed here at 3:30AM cops banged on my door because an inebriated man who lives at these apartments crashed into a bunch of cars outside and they asked if he's in my house -Whole building smells like skunk -Can hear everything my neighbors below me do which usually involves yelling at each other until 6am -Maintenance came in my house at 4am and told the above mentioned neighbor to come in my house- they both walked across my li

I was excited when I moved here because it was closer in town and more affordable than other apartments in the area. Things were awful from day one. I was leased a 2bed 1.5 bath that was supposed to have a washer/dryer in unit but there wasn’t one in unit. The cabinetry was old and even had holes in the drawer. The drawers were off track, so you would have to hold it when you pulled it out or it would fall. The unit was not move in ready. There were so many spider webs on the balcony and the carpet was old and musty. I started having issues with the water almost immediately after I moved in. Almost every month they would send a notice that they were working on the plumbing. I would get up in the morning to shower and often couldn’t because the water was coming out in drip drops. The projec
