Park West Apartments

My family and I have lived at this property for six months and even though the rent is affordable, that's about the only benefit in living here. We have dealt with many issues living here and will attach pictures to prove my claim. We have dealt with bugs coming out of vents in our apartment, the smell of trash that is littered all around the trash bin, and as I type this review we are dealing with our apartment being 90°. That's a problem when I have kids with respiratory issues, including asthma. When I address this issue with management they tell me to put in "maintenance requests" which are often ignored or "forgotten" not my words. Lastly, this is my personal experience as a tenant. I have loved since the new management has taken over everything is getting fixed, the outside is looking cleaner, we don't have to worry about our water getting shut off every other day anymore or our AC not working. They definitely came in and turn this place around for the better.

Why is the laundry mat locked after certain hours when there's a code very inconvenient, for those of us that have night schedules. I can never get my laundry done in theses damn apartments cause of there own paranoia.

Manager nice and professional New landscapers did a nice job compared to the ones we've had in the past Sprinklers finally work. The property is finally coming together slowly but surely. Been a resident 11yrs and I'm satisfied with the changes so far.

If u plan on moving here don’t!, the property is no good. There is always problems with the water and A/C. We sometimes have to wait a week in order for the AC to work again. The laundry mats are always dirty and never cleaned.
