Park Vue Apartments

Park Vue wasn’t a place I would have recommended in the past, but everything changed after Ula and Ray arrived. They’ve completely transformed how things are run. I hope this review reaches upper management, because I truly can’t emphasize enough how incredible Ula and Ray have been in improving Park Vue. They’re not just staff members, they’re essential to this community. Since their arrival, my packages have been kept safe and handled with care, security has been consistent, and any concerns are always addressed promptly. Most importantly, the staff are so incredibly warm, approachable, and accountable. They felt like family. Walking to the leasing office was honestly the highlight of my day because of them. I mean, it’s OK this place to live, but I’m pretty sure Park vue remember my mom khali and we did like that place, but there was just too much poop everywhere. He just needed to be clean enough, but it’s OK but like the first problem is that those bugs come into your house to make the middle of the night and they start crawling everywhere in the house so we did have an issue with that one just needs to be more clean. Totally screwed up rent payment app/websiter. Been trying to pay my rent for 10 days! And security, gating and cleanup is horrible. Staff is struggling by losing people left and right. Updating a third time given the LIE posted below. Its been a while now with the "security" and EVERY amenity is still not accessible. The pool and hot tub have never been maintained and the gym is NEVER open. I can't even get in at 9. What an absolute pathetic joke. If you can't maintain anything here the try not offering it and just take it out entirely. You're pathetic excuse of the TV being stolen isn't adequate. Maybe try using your cameras and actually hold the person responsible, rather then making EVERY other resident suffer for one. I guess you like thieves and other crappy people here, and would rather protect them then making a place thats nice for its other residents to live. Continue to cater to the crappy crowd and just watch how much more downhill this place will go.

They're okay apartments, but there are a few things that are extremely annoying. For one whybdoe the gym and pool only open so late!!!! You know people actually work and like to do so in the morning, really good way to make your amenities USELESS!!they should be open at 7 am at least, any later is just dumb and prevents your residents from enjoying this place at all. There is generally no point in forcing people out of there, which is exactly what you've done with these time frames. You dont even have a lifeguard or anyone in there so opening up soo late is genuinely just a big screw you to anyone who lives here and serves bo purpose but to be petty and screw your residents from accessing.
