Park Vista

I would like to give a huge recognition to Park Vista’s Manager. I can honestly say that out of all my years of renting the manager here has provided the best experience. She is super amazing, respectful and solution focused. She goes above and beyond !! I have never encountered this level of customer experience not service but experience. Her promptness to assist with any issues is beyond 5 stars. Thank you so much for being the person and professional that you have been to me as a tenant. Sincerely, Ericka

I just want to give a five star review to the wonderful Manager Maris, she has done so many good things and she is an incredible person. I recommend my friends and family members to definitely live at Park Vista Apartments.

Beware! Vista apt the building inside isn't good. There had different kind of bugs roaches, bedbugs, lice, mite, and big spiders! (Notice the picture baby roaches next very tiny red bugs). My dog ears inside had mites not same before where I live in Connecticut. Bugs bites my arms and ears. I notice the neighborhood they put the bed to outside patio. I believe that in las vegas so hot climates more bugs breeds anywhere. I was lived on second floor above attic there thick dust cause problem the air conditioner not well cool and dust around rooms from above attic. There isn't safe place around because no security camera and gate cause many homeless people can enter around and sleep on floor. And someone murdered puppy in the cage then throw trash! Neighbors so ROTS! I wont back to Las Vegas

I wouldn't give them a 1 but you have to put something. Worse apartment ever the management sucks. They had a good manager Jackie and Edith and now there both gone. New Lady not even sure her name didn't introduce herself nothing does not care about anything. My air went out on Friday they gave me a portable air conditioner that only works in one room. I work at the hospital 3 days a week and work at home 4 days a week. I reported my air being off Saturday morning at 7am took maintenance till 1 to show up knowing my 80 year old mom had came to visit over the weekend. He said he ordered the part on Saturday and would be here on Monday, now there saying they ordered it today and could be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Very poor management the lady in the office is a liar and must be racist . , I have several emails from her lying on my Black sons saying she has them on camera destroying property in one case my son wasn’t in town . She always lied and has never show me any evidence. She never made repairs. I never once was late on paying rent , I gave them 30 day written notice to vacate that she also signed I moved in may to another state in August or September she file for eviction on my name now I have a huge debt in my credit because of this , also why I lived there she tried to harassed me I reached out to her management still nothing was done
