Park Vista Apartments

These are ABSOLUTELY horrible apartments! Do not live here, for 2 bedroom is overly priced and they cant even fix your ac unit! Many are without it and apparently its not an emergency for them to fix it even during a heat wave! The pool is NEVER clean and people pay for it but never open, its been like this for years! But also they don't keep out people who don't belong their so its always gross and chairs and tables always broken from others Its not a safe area as so many crimes happen, police are here almost everyday! This is a new company, every year it switches as no one can maintain it or do a good job You can find better apartments for better price and better maintained!

I'm currently in rehab and I had some issues paying rent. Hayleigh did an outstanding job on working with me in one of my most difficult times in my life, she is super easy to work with and very very understanding so a big thanks to hayleigh!

The new manager at park Vista is the best because she know how to talk to talent and respect talent .she do excellent job and also maintained. I hope you keep this new manager for longtime.She is doing excellent job.

Every other Sunday our power goes out. 6-22-2025 went out again just went and bought groceries had to throw

When I tell you this experience living here was awful, that is an understatement. As soon as we move in, I’m saying as we are moving stuff in there is screaming and fighting from an apartment right below ours and our manager assured it wouldn’t happen again. A few weeks later my brother’s car was hit by another car in the parking lot and when we asked for the video footage, they were “unable” to get it aka the cameras don’t work. Our maintenance man BUSTED in our apartment once without a notice and when we asked the office about it they just said “sorry he’s new”. There’s a different office manager every few weeks and they’re never actually in the office. They quite literally will be in the office maybe 5 times a month, other times they’ll hang up a sign saying they’re at a sister propert
