I recently toured this apartment community and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The property was clean, well‑kept, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment I arrived. Jordayn made the experience even better—they were upbeat, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question without rushing me. The model units were beautiful and felt thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. The amenities were another highlight—everything from the pool area to the fitness center looked spotless and well‑maintained. It’s clear the staff takes pride in the community. Don't spend $240 of your hard earned money for application approval just to have pricing go up and they don't want to honor it from one business day to the next!! Jordan was so satisfied in telling me that I can wait 7 to 14 business days to get my $200 back in the mail since I didn't agree to the pricing increase. And furthermore Jordan use my own personal information and threw it back in my face because I was questioning the fees. Thank you but that is no way to do business!! These people do not care about you, customer service or anything else!! Just the bottom line, and they depend on you to let them take advantage!! Office staff is great! They do so many events and really do take the time to care for residents. 10/10 recommend Park Villas to any first time renters

Some of our requests for repairs have not been done when they were requested at Movei-n and additional one at first rain storm. Otherwise we are very happy with the management. They are friendly and treat us well.

It was bad. Very standoffish and obviously didn’t want to help. Agent wanted to throw out requirements as if she assumed that would make me go away. When that didn’t work she started helping others. Every thing about her said she didn’t want me to rent there!
