Park View Hillcrest Apartments

Moving into Park View Hillcrest was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Meagan was above and beyond with communication and answering any questions during the tour, prior to moving in, and after the move to help get settled in. So far so good, and will recommend to anyone that wants a quaint tucked away complex in the heart of Hillcrest.

I feel right at home at Park View having recently moved from the east coast. The interior design and landscaping are beautiful and the property is very clean. Details like a scent diffuser in the hallways, and a gourmet coffee machine in the lobby are indicative of how thoughtfully maintained this community is. Taylor, the community manager, made our move-in process so easy and pleasant. The location is perfectly situated for both easy highway access and is super walkable to shops and restaurants around University Ave. I'm so glad we found this gem!

My partner and I moved from a couple of cheaper places in Hillcrest and have been happiest here. The building is in a good location, and our apartment is bright, modern and visually serene with an expansive view of trees and a canyon. I also like the coffee machine and nice laundry area. I think a large part of why the experience here has been so positive is the outstanding community manager, Taylor. Major props also to the remodel design and outdoor landscaping team.

A great place to live! Walking distance to many businesses in Hillcrest. The public areas are kept clean, the events are fun, and the community manager is very responsive to your questions in a timely and delightful manner. Meeting the neighbors is also a pleasant experience as I have made very meaningful and strong friendships. If you are looking to live in a luxury style apartment in the heart of Hillcrest then I recommend scheduling an appointment to see for yourself.

While the property looks lovely, I was never able to book a tour. That's because their office hours are business hours; they are not open on weekends. That means that if you have a job and work within a 10-minute drive, you're out of luck. The leasing agent helping me was very polite, but she made a point to say, "Well, if in 3 weeks you want to take a look at the place, I can get special permission to work overtime." It was off-putting dealing with a leasing office that is so unaccommodating.
