Park View Foothills Apartments

Building is horrible, when it rains lights go out every year. Plumbing problems constantly. They cut the water off without telling you in advance. They go around and post papers at 6am that water will be cut at 8am. Roach infested. Dont get me started on return of your deposit. They make it seem like a big company but its like a 3 people office.

Update: Parking has been fixed. Rent keeps going up. Bulding is kept up to date and repairs are usually done within a few days. Parking needs major repairs. Washers and dryers go out regularly. Manager is really nice but there is no way to get a hold of the management company. Office hours are M-F from 9am-5pm so very incovinient for people who work this schedule and have to pay the rent since there is no other form of payment besides check or money order. No drop off box either. Biggest issue here would be the management company. People usually look for customer service and great management....this is not one.

Most, if not ALL buildings are INFESTED with bed bugs, and the managent is not making the necessary arangements to have the apartments treated, and residents are spreading the imfestation to family members and friends. this has been going on for over a year, the city needs to do something about this ASAP!!
