Park Towers Apartments

I love this pace ! Im never scared to walk into the leasing office compared to where Ive lived previously! They will do all that they can to help you ! And im so grateful to have a beautiful apartment and then lovely individuals at the office ! This place feels like home and me and my children are super happy and comfortable here

The neighbor smokes, and their cigarette butts have burned the outdoor mat, creating a fire hazard, but the management office did not take any action. The management yelled at me and demanded that I provide evidence. It’s that kind of apartment. Addition: After receiving the owner’s comment, I immediately called the office. The conversation started with the staff yelling, “What are you talking about!!??” Even after I tried to explain the situation, they spoke harshly, saying, “We can only give a warning, nothing else!” They offered no specific suggestions for fire prevention, and when I mentioned the burnt outdoor mat, they rudely said, “We can’t do anything about that!” — as if accusing me of only caring about money, even though I hadn’t mentioned it at all. I never asked for any compens

My experience with park tower has been good I've been here for 9 yrs I have met two of the nices people both Elaina and Bernie they both have been very nice if I have any complaints I usually let them know and everything get taken care of pretty good so I really don't have no complaints everything is pretty much ok I visit them everyday to use the computer and they make everything very pleasant very nice employees I'll give them. 5

Berney and Elaina we’re super terrific. I’m loving my new stay here at Park Towers. I’m looking forward to our bright future being a resident here.
