Park Terrace Village

My experience with this facility has been nothing less than PHENOMENAL!!!! This administration is Welcoming, Friendly , Caring and Supportive. They have accommodated My Dad and our family with sincere respect and care. From the moment I walked through those doors my heart ❤️ smiled with gladness trusting that this team of experts will be doing everything they possibly can to ensure that this facility will be the right choice . My mother is 91 and is at Park Terrace Village. She has dementia and heart problems. I call it the Village. I looked at many many of facilities before I placed my mom here. When I walked in the door and toured the facility I just knew it was the best place for Mom. This was just like three weeks ago. Just yesterday we visited my mother. My friend and I. My mom is like a different person there. She smiles now and laughs. And she said “they take care of me here. This is a great place. And I have a wonderful roommate. I don’t know what I would do without her and the staff at this Place”. All the residents are so happy and smiling all the time. The staff is so pleasant and friendly. It is a beautiful, clean & a happy environment. My mom being 91 years old in just one day before 11:00 AM had

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. The atmosphere when walking in is welcoming from staff and residents. Curb appeal is charming and delightful! Activities department does a marvelous job going on numerous outings, out to eat, fishing trips, and more! Housekeeping does such a wonderful job keeping the facility clean and safe. The therapy department provides top notch support for all residents. All of the nursing staff are kind, caring, and a great asset to this company. The director is very supportive and attentive to each of the staff, residents and visitors. This building also has an excellent garden area on the patio that staff and residents can enjoy!

The staff is so kind! They treat the residents with such love and care - like they are a part of their own families. The residents always have really fun looking activities to do every day on their calendars. I can imagine it being a really great place to work too! Wonderful place!

As a hospice nurse, I am in and out of facilities on a daily basis. I recently had a patient who resided at park terrace. Nikki, the admissions director, Aimee (nurse), and all of the other staff I interacted with were exceptional. The communication and care they provided were absolutely outstanding, in fact almost shocking how amazing it was. They truly took the time to provide the most adequate care and really understood the patients needs. I look forward to working with this team again in the future!!!
