Park Terrace

This is such very Beautiful apartment building for 55 yr & up. Very well kept , smells really nice inside, sitting bench in the front, locked mailboxes , U need keys to enter, along with door buzzes to answer to let u inside the building..No one gets in without keys or get buzzed in! Security cameras , They have everything there Library, fitness center, theater rm, community rm, sauna, entertainment area to have an event but only if you live there, lounge area on main fl, model 1, 2 bedrooms apartments, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryers, balcony, underground parking spots, parking area, also there many different stores close to for shopping..

My mother and I took a tour of Park Terrace about a month ago and was extremely impressed by the beautifully kept building and the staff. Paula, the Property Manager, was both professional and caring. She genuinely showed such interest and gave us the one on one attention to explain all the details of the building. The decision to have my mother move out of her longtime home and downsize to apartment living was brought to ease after walking with Paula and seeing all that Park Terrace has to offer. From the secure clean building, garage parking, community room, large fitness center accompanied by a sauna/steam room what more could you ask for. My mother felt right at home and felt no need to look any further. HUGE thank you to Paula and her staff!

VERY nice updated building 55plus community large rooms 1 and 2 bedrooms. Building has game room library. Balcony 5years old building full washer and dryers a must see 4 yourself
