A mixed bag - This used to be a cozy community focused place with regular pot lucks and movie nights with warm and friendly neighbors. Maintenance used to be average and the rent was a great deal so you got what you paid for but the pool was always kept clean coz of the children using it frequently. However the ownership has changed and there seems to be a corporate style management which has its pros and cons The good - Kayla does a good job at being swift with maintenance issues, the landscaping has improved, bicycle parking area was made, camera system and access code gates for security. The cons - There seems to be disconnect between the amenities provided and rent they aspire to charge. Mind you there is no fitness center, common washer and dryer which can get disturbing for all th
