Great place, quiet older but updated apartments. Have lived here for about 7 months and no real complaints. Ana in the office is helpful, may have ADHD like me so we understand each other, but seriously great value for the price .
apartments are not updated and have mold in them. I would not rent here.The Move out cost were ridiculous and we’re to remodel the apartments not for actual damage. They have mold and were built in 1969 with very little upgrades since then, my daughters car got broken into and they saw 2 body bags during their stay at these apartments where homeless people camp On the street and parking lot.! Owner should be ashamed of herself trying to take advantage of people who do not know the laws.
