Park Terrace Apartments

Its my 2nd year renting here and i love it. Its a great community, everyone is friendly and is pretty quiet. Genaro is a great person and is very helpful. Maintenance is pretty on too of getting things done. Overall its pretty great.

Honestly One of the Best incentives of this complex is the Apartment Manager…(G) He makes your stay here feel like your home! It’s quiet and people keep to themselves! No complaints here….

Love this place, lived here for years. Beautiful landscape (it’s gorgeous during fall season) nice and friendly community even pet friendly. These apartments have been here for awhile so there is wear and tear but I see the maintenance and crew working every weekday to fix and remodel this place into great shape. Office crew is great, shout out to Genaro he really helped my family and I when we really needed it 😊

Overall my experience living here at park terrace has been great ! The leasing mangers mr.Genaro and Ms. Celia have been kind to me and my family and always lending a helping hand it's about communication and I couldn't be more greatful living in an apartment complex were they are wanting to help especially with maintenance. The maintenance doesn't take long and they fix the issue right away making my living environment very easy and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone who is in search for the best of a place to call home especially for first time renting.

Was living here with my boyfriend when we fell into hard times & ended up getting evicted. But overall it was horrible here. They tell you one thing but then back track it later on. When we moved in they left a pile of nails on the balcony for literally 2 months till finally one of the maintenance came to broom it up. Took 5 mins. The whole complex itself is falling apart due to the roof leaking everywhere. 2nd bedroom had terrible leaks that were getting worse each time it rained with a piece of the roof falling. They did not address until we made a report with the city & their fix was a simple nail & paint which broke again a few days after. Roof was not properly built as I had to translate when the roofers came to check it out. Above one parking area that has a unit above the ceiling
