Park Terrace Apartments

Can’t imagine anywhere else to live. It’s really a great place and staff makes you feel welcomed like family. Really professional and well maintained property. Ladies in the leasing office are the best! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a home.

Josette was super friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. She made me feel welcome from the very start. The tour was great and the property is beautiful.

After about 2 years of living here, I am so happy I'm finally moving out. The first year was good living here as the staff was very pleasant and the few issues I did encounter were fixed quickly by a member of the maintenance staff that no longer works here. In this past year however, I have had my tires stolen in the parking lot, and the building has done nothing more to help prevent this issue from happening again in the future. I had a leak in my apartment, that started as just a small drip by my window, and then after reporting it and having the new maintenance come by, they claimed it was "fine" and left it to get 10x worse, making my apartment smell like piss. They also didn't genuinely fix the issue, just cleaned, painted and called it a day so I know that there's mold growing in th

From the moment I inquired about available apartments, they were both extremely helpful and radiated positivity. Not only did they answer all my questions with enthusiasm, but they also graciously gave me a tour of the complex, highlighting its wonderful amenities. I was impressed by their punctuality; even though I arrived a bit earlier for my appointment, they accommodated me right away with a smile.
