They need better landscaping. Maybe look into drought friendly plants the city encourages using and or also pollinator plants. Some of the areas have zero grass just a mud look. Definitely needs tlc but without chemicals it's possible.

Very friendly staff, lived here for about five years. Every time I ordered on amazon the front desk attendants would immediately let me know that a package arrived. I had nice neighbors and overall loved living here.

We went right before President Day. It was not too crowded, we looked for as long as we wanted to find jeans for my great great-grandson. Staff was friendly, curtious and friendly.

Nice apartments remodeled very clean quiet..my niece lives here.. there good.

Rent is cheap, repairs for damaged property are carried out in a timely manner; overall a comfortable place to live
