This is how Meritage homes treat their customer. The sale person was nice enough, but the rest of Meritage homes were very bad. They are selling us brand new house under bad conditions and expect us to make the deal happen and fix the major problems (bathtub not straight, step stair was easy falling when step it in, silicone was stuck in the toilet, water pressure is lower than city requirement 40psi-80psi and floor still have nails under carpet) later on. If Crest Management is the one in charge of the HOA in this new construction, this is going very badly. Crest Management never cleans the common areas of Park Row Village. HOA It’s very expensive to do nothing.
