Park Ridge Apartments

It is a beautiful neighborhood and the apartments are beautiful. I am a little baffled about the 4 times the rent because that is considered illegal in New York State. If the application was denied because of it you may get in serious trouble.

Spacious apartments at an affordable price. Property is well maintained and maintenance responds timely. Quiet relaxing community. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants.

Visited this location because I was shopping around since I was thinking about moving to an area more accessible. However I was rather surprised that you needed to make 4 times the rent to live here.The 2 bedroom at this location goes for 1200+ which is amazing since where I currently live I pay 1600 for my two bedroom.I’m not complaining about their policy because I can more than afford it but I’m thinking omg in this economy persons need to make FOUR times the rent??Seems like an okay apt complex to live tho

I've lived at Park Ridge for 2 years and overall it's been a great experience. The management and maintenance staff have been professional, helpful and caring. Although there have been small rent increases with each annual lease renewal, the rent is still low and reasonably priced. My apartment is spacious, newly renovated and in a quiet non-smoking building. There have been no major pest control issues, but beware of spiders that despite frequent repellent sprays still manage to find their way in. This is a great place to live for working professionals as it is affordable and located close to everything you may need.

All things considered, I give this place a 5-star. This is what was great with this place: -Lawn was nice. Residents (or Park Ridge) keep the lawn clean from dog messes (as far as I saw). -Responsive with maintenance issues. -Full refund after a year despite not having professional cleaners to come in to clean. -Central AC worked well (and quiet!) -Large closets. -Large living room. -Reasonably priced rent.
