Park Regent

Park regent is in an amazing location and you won’t find a better price on campus for the quality of the apartments. The property manager, Terry, is super helpful and always looking out for the residents. Rick in maintenance is always willing to address any issues in the apartment and he always responds quickly and does a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live.

I absolutely love living at Park Regent and just resigned for my second year! The rooms are very spacious and the location is unbeatable. If anything breaks or needs maintenance Rick will fix it within 24 hours; he’s amazing. Terry (the property manager) is also the sweetest person ever and will help if you run into any issues or if you just want someone to talk to. 10/10 would recommend signing here :)

Loud alarm going off. Disturbs everyone frequenting local businesses.

After calling over 6 times over the course of 3 days, I have not received a call back or an answer on their end. This call is crucial as it this is a very time-sensitive. Thanks to their poor system, they lost a future customer.
