Park Property Management

Management is slow to respond to requests (1 year plus at times), even to just give quotes on projects needed in the apartment. We were also given inaccurate information about costs related to utilities (heating bills of $1,200/mo) and move in costs (non-US citizens are asked to pay more upfront move-in costs, which is not mentioned until applying).

I’ve lived in the Babcock St apartments for a year now and will not be renewing the lease. The building is incredibly old and poorly maintained — bugs, smells, poor drainage, regular water shutoffs (monthly to weekly you’ll be without water at some point), floors and walls are so old you’ll hear every step of your neighbors upstairs, and the management was verbally abusive over the phone within months of us moving in. Out of the 4 landlords I’ve had in Boston, PPMG would be the worst.

It is a very bad management. The apartment is very bad. The management has promised us to change the carpets, much of everything, but rather they haven't done anything during my lease. Almost when my lease is about to complete I have planned to move out and then they just changed the window blinds, etc (month of may). Email reply is very bad, no one is present to properly reply to your troubles.

The staff's attention to any issues that come up are amazing. The responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff totally took me by surprise. I'd recommend Park Property Management hands down.
