So the past reviews support my experience with Susan as well. Please, see the review I left on their property management website below. I received a call after inquiring about apartments on Rent Cafe from a representative. The cadence and tone and downright elitist attitude from the representative was so poor. Per housing regulations, 2 bedroom apartments have a 5-6 person max occupancy. Where does it state that the limit is 4 on your website or any correspondence? "I don't know, I just think that 3 girls in a room is too much." You know what's too much, 4500 for a 2 bedroom apartment. That's what is too much. The apartments are really nice and most of the other tenants are really friendly! I really do like it here except for the property manager Susan. She is quite rude and has stereotyped some of the not white tenants. She has accused them of doing things that they have not done and has been quite disrespectful to some of the children and has yelled at them while their parents were not present. I would honestly not recommend living here.

That would mean he would have to be vested each time he needed to be taken out to relieve himself. I’m not sure if this is the actual policy of if she was saying that because she though I was one of the ever common service dog fakers (which she seemed to imply with how she presented the matter). Just because I don’t “look” disabled does not invalidate my need for a service dog or my rights to equal housing opportunities under the ADA. Suffice to say I did not end up

She is very Nice and Helpful.

Nice and spacious courtyard with small startup offices on the ground floor. There's a restaurant (Caffe Machiavello) that's open 7 days a week.
