Park Plaza Apartments

I have been here for a couple of years and I LOVE it for so many reasons, and so do my cats! The property is in a fabulous location and is nice and quiet. Not only that, but it is well cared for and those who run the property are very nice and helpful!

I’ve lived here for a few years now, and I love it. Management is amazing! Casey is so attentive and kind. The location is great; you’re close to everything and right off of 408. There are many restaurants and places to visit nearby. The area is quiet as is the complex.

I've lived at Park Plaza Apartments for two great years. The complex is located in a small cute neighborhood called the Milk District with local eats and brews within walking distance and a short drive to downtown. The units are kept up very well and maintained after any resident leaves. My unit was completely refurbished and I almost felt like I was walking into a new apartment. The manager, Casey, is a sweetheart and very friendly. I could always talk to her if I had any questions or issues. The units are affordable and what you see is what you get. No nasty surprises, no tricks (like so many other places). Peace of mind is worth so much nowadays and there's no shortage of that at Park Plaza.

The staff here are amazing! The management team lead by Casey are fast at responding and very courteous. Jimmy and the other maintenance guys are very good at their craft. Never had a problem they couldn't fix. It a quiet and beautiful area with old-timey looking buildings. It can be a bit of a fight for parking sometimes, but overall I'd give Park Plaza 10/10.

Everything about this complex is great! The location is amazing, but the management is great as well. They are on top of things and do a good job of maintaining the property, any issues are always promptly fixed. Casey at the office seems to know every person and thing in the complex, and goes above and beyond any office staff I’ve ever encountered. It may not be a luxury complex with all the bells and whistles, but it is definitely competitive with anything in the area.
