Park Place – Richmond American Homes

I am a current resident of the subdivion. Every rainfall leaves behind standing water in my front yard, back yard and covered entryway. These areas take several days to dry out. Luckily the puddles in my gararge dissipate within a day or so. Richmond homes has been doing a “cost analysis” of the issue in my back yard for 9 months but no action has been taken. At least one other household has been receiving the same promises for a backyard fix.

Rob, the sales person is very knowledgeable,and patient. We had so many questions. The homes are beautiful, and priced well in my opinion. I do believe that this is were will have our forever home.
