Park Place on Broad Apartments

I had to do an emergency move across country from NV. I didn't know anybody out here and I found these apartments online. I spoke with Nikki who was beyond helpful for the 2mo. Leading up to my arrival. Her level of communication and transparency for the apartment was phenomenal. There is always a risk and fear of moving into a place sight unseen. She sent me pictures of the unit and advised of a few minor touch-ups being done prior to my arrival. It is a very quiet community and everyone in the complex is very friendly. The apartment is very nice. Any time I have had to call for anything they are super helpful and fast to respond with details of what to expect. She made a very scary move feel like I was coming home. My Wife and I have enjoyed living here in this community because it's quiet and conveniently located near all the town's businesses and entertainment. The reason for such a low rating is because of poor, shotty work by maintenance and it takes the maintenance tech sometimes months before he responds to a work order not because of not being told or requested.

The property manager Nikki is very understandable and nice. The apartments are overall nice and very quiet. Management is very responsive.

Management and team is always available and helpful when needed
