Both lexis were Awesome, and as far as being helpful and open and honest about the pros and cons of each apartment and finding one that was suitable for me and my family I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to finishing the process and moving into our new place! Thanks again !

I was at the office a few minutes ago i was treated with warm welcome by the young lady named LaRose Decoteau she was very helpful i am very satified and also the other two ladies were awesome I would like To see them remain in the office forever.

I lived at Southpoint when Tim Bullock was Manager. Then he moved to Park Place to help reorganize that rental organization I heard nothing but good responses from the coworkers and renters from Southpoint and Park Park Place establishments. Very sorry to see him leave the Organization.

I started an application for my mom who needs assistance translating back in the beginning of January, I would call to check up on the application every here and there. I provided all the information they needed even multiple guarantor’s who filled out the application and completed everything on their part. It’s now almost March and they cancelled my mom’s application because it was past extended time which they suffered on their part. I’m glad she’s not leasing with them, their rude people and the living is absolutely not worth it. Don’t waste your time here

I am a tenant at Foxtail Creek Townhomes, which is truly one of the best places to live. The staff at Park Place are exceptional—they are efficient and manage the townhomes with great care. I love living here. I especially want to give a shout-out to the new staff member, Darryl. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him. He had my fridge ordered and installed promptly, and he’s always pleasant on the phone. My experience so far has been amazing, and I’m grateful he’s part of the leasing office. Overall, I’m just thankful for the office staff and for Goldmark. I’ve noticed the positive changes that have been implemented to enhance our living space. I highly recommend Foxtail Creek Townhomes—10/10!
