Park Place Apartments

Oh where to begin… I lived here for almost 2 years and the complex went through 3 different management companies. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! unless you are fine with water leaks, mold and rotted wood throughout the apartment, and neighbors who are constantly smoking. There was constantly a water leak from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom. Management does nothing to stop the smokers and it shows. You will constantly smell cigarettes especially if you live near unit 60. Have fun opening your windows!! There are cigarettes littered all throughout the complex it’s super gross. The windows freeze on the inside during the winter so no wonder there is mold and rotted wood all over the window seals underneath the paint that’s chipping away. I've lived at Park Place for 17 years and have to say that Kandice is head and heals above the previous occupants of that office. She is both very professional and yet also very personable to deal with. It's with her assistance I'm able to do my laundry and I understand she helps other tenants as well. Most important--she make herself very accessible during all office hours--unlike her predecessors.

Unless you are a new tenant, you will be ignored until it is rent time. Were charged Maintenance costs and extra electrical fees for laundry facility we don't use and we have to do our own maintenance unless you're a new tenant. Maintenence is bad and... WE HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER IN OUR OWN UNIT, WHY ARE WE PAYING FOR OTHERS? We've never been late on rent. Rent has been raised already TWICE this yr even on a one yr lease. Why are we treated so horribly?!? We love our neighborhood, so it's hard to go.

Kandice has been best management we have had in 3 years. She is honest, caring, and gets things done. She genuinely cares about the people who live her.

Absolutely AWFUL. KPS Management is horrible. I took over someone's lease and didn't need the garage. I was told it was fine and that they'll take it off. What I wasn't told was that they needed a month notice. That was in September. So when I paid rent for October, I was 40$ short (I even paid in person and they didn't mention the garage payment!) So I went on paying my rent on time, thinking everything was fine. Why wouldn't it be? Well in the middle of DECEMBER is when they finally decided to mail me the notice that my account was delinquit 340$. It took them 3 days and lots of phone tag (they never answer) before they figured out where it went wrong! Then the manager at the office on mullan told me she's "too busy to let people know they're accounts are short" and that it's not her job
