Park Place Apartments

I’ve lived here since 2019 and I have seen different owners as well as management including the maintenance. I’ve seen too many complaints about this apartment complex being negative. I absolutely love Jennifer as she’s vey patient and caring. The maintenance crew, Renzo and James go above and beyond to get the work orders done the best they can! These guys have so much work including the other complex which I’m sure can be overwhelming. Carolina is the leasing agent and comes off as rude with no people skills at all 🤦‍♀️ she acts like she’s the manager and has absolutely no clue what she is doing at all! I’m really hoping the will find and hire a new Leasing agent and soon before she chases everyone off! I’ve tried several times dealing with her and will no longer have anything to do with

Management is nice, I saw one of my friend’s neighbors say “loud neighbors- rude people. Police have been called here multiple times because of other tenants” I just want to say I have felt so uncomfortable (poor insulation) because of the constant screaming and fighting from them. It’s especially upsetting knowing it’s all happening around their child. It has gotten better since I had to call the police on THEM. It ranged from loud yelling and banging to her repeatedly using the N-word toward him — despite not being Black herself. And let’s be clear: she was using it as an insult. All of this happens within earshot of her neighbors, including families — and around her toddler. -they even opened my friend’s car door to leave a note that said, “Don’t park in my spot.” The windshield would

I’ve visited my friend at her apartment several times, and the noise is constant—neighbors yelling and arguing to the point where you can hear everything. I know some noise is expected in apartment living, but the insulation is clearly poor. I feel bad for the residents who deal with this daily. My friend is really frustrated, especially since she feels the staff haven’t been helpful. She’s looking forward to leaving once her lease ends, but the high lease break fees make it hard for her to leave sooner.

I really like living at Park Place Apartments! The people who work here are super nice and always help fast when something needs fixing. The apartments are cool because they have smart stuff like a fancy thermostat and lights you can control with your phone. The best part is that it’s really close to Fairview Park, so I can walk my dog there all the time. It’s really fun and easy to go outside and get some fresh air!

Paid over $4,000 to break my lease early, and the unit wasn’t listed for rent for over four months — even though other units were. Management entered my apartment before our scheduled walkthrough without informing me and removed my personal items. They ignored repeated requests to show proof of marketing and only listed the unit after I sent a formal legal demand. I’m now preparing to take them to small claims court. Just sharing my experience so others can be aware before signing a lease here.
