Park Place Apartments

Avoid moving here; the apartment complex has declined since they began accepting welfare vouchers. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend moving to the third floor because the elevator is broken and hasn’t been fixed. I lived there for two years and was very disappointed. I reported that I had a stalker due to several break-ins, but they acted as if they didn't care.

These Apartments falsely advertise what they actually have available on Zillow and Trulia. I viewed them twice because the picture advertised was beautiful only to realize the apartment they actually had available looks nothing like the one pictured. On top of that the advertised price was 650$ a month. When I called the landlord told me the price was 675$ a month and by the time I actually went to view the apartment the price had gone up to 695$ a month. Her excuse for the price increase was that they were going to put a washer and dryer in the unit even though the advertised apartment stated it had a washer and dryer already in the unit at the price point of 650 a month. It's been a great place to live. Cheap for what it is in a neighborhood that has been getting better every year I've lived here. It's not the nicest or newest, but it's affordable.
