We love living in Park Place! Coming from out of state, Marsh Properties was so helpful getting us ready for our big move - big shoutout to Bryana! Park Place is the best location in Charlotte, great maintenance team (always quick & on top of things), quiet community, and perfect townhomes with amazing storage!!!
Very friendly staff and timely responses on service requests. Certain aspects of the apartments are outdated (fridge, shower, toilet) but can be updated if they so choose. Overall, a very nice place to live
