Park Overland Apartments

I am so happy to have found park overland, and the property manager Juliet! I first looked at apartments here about 2 years ago, and Juliet was wonderful. So sweet, friendly, responsive, gave you all the information you could possibly need. I actually loved the place, but didn’t lease here two years ago. I ended up moving a month ago to a terrible place, and was let out of my lease the conditions were so bad, but needed somewhere for my 3 year old and I to move fast. I was hoping that maybe park overland had something, and thank goodness they did! When I e-mailed I wasn’t sure Juliet would even remember me, she talks to so many people, but not only did she remember she also remembered my son. I explained the situation to her, and within hours she made time for us to tour the available unit

Although we didn't lease with Park Overland, we had a very smooth application experience and comprehensive tour with Juliet who was kind, communicative and very transparent about everything. The apartment was nice and very well-maintained, and the units looked very similar to what we saw in the virtual tour which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I highly recommend!

I lived at Park Overland for about a year and a half (November 2020 to June 2022), and would have continued to live there had I not needed to move for personal reasons. The building is well maintained, clean, and quiet. The rooftop pool is nice, and the gym/hot tub/sauna are convenient (especially if you are working from home). The underground parking is safe and secure, so you won't need to park on the street. The 10 and 405 freeways are a couple blocks away for convenience, and the neighborhood to the east of the building is beautiful for taking walks. The apartment manager, Nora, is by every measure the best apartment manager/landlord I've ever had. Maintenance requests were responded to in a timely manner (even on her days off), so any issues I had with the unit were handled very quic

I've lived at Park Overland and had an absolutely amazing experience. It's primarily due to the non-stop care of their property manager Nora. She is by far the best property manager I've ever had. She is quickly to follow up on any upcoming issue (from the simple maintenance wear&tear to Amazon driver not bringing your packages to your door) to preventable checks ahead of holidays/heatwave/cold/etc. As a result, the building running as a well oiled clock. I've only moved out because I wanted a bigger unit and there was no availability in the building.

I really enjoyed living at Park Overland - and the property manager, Nora, deserves a ton of the credit for that! She was always so responsive, helpful, and kind. Whenever I had an issue in the apartment, I knew that it would get resolved quickly. Nora was also so kind to our dog - Nora was definitely one of her favorite people. Our unit had incredibly good natural lighting, and the tall ceilings made it feel very spacious. The rooftop pool is great and has nice views, the hot tub is perfect. I would definitely recommend Park Overland.
