I've lived on the property for about two months now and I will say it is amazing! The office staff got me into my new apartment within a couple days of applying and was so pleasant to work with! The unit I chose was in great shape! Every unit I toured looked almost brand new as well which says alot since they were showing me actual units being rented. Safety here compared to where I was can't even be compared. I love having a guard at the gate. The complex is quiet at all times and it is wonderful to see neighbors out with their families and dogs for walks through the beautiful property. Alright so update, cause I wanted to be nice before but omg 😲 the construction is getting out of control. So much so that residents can't guarantee their own designated parking spot won't be taken! Imagine after a long day out gathering groceries you think, "oh! But at least taking them in won't be a hassle since I'm parked in front" when you get home, nope, a trash bin is overtaking your parking. So you have to park further and carry all the groceries further. Is there a reason as to why we aren't even guaranteed a spot at the designated parking spot we are paying for and were promised?

Please read and think carefully before making major decisions on where you reside. This property used to be managed by the Fingers Companies, but has transitioned to being managed by Greystar. I lived there for 3 years, but have seen a significant decline upon Greystar taking over. First and foremost, the ongoing construction has been a huge disruption and inconvenience to any resident. During my stay, it wasn't uncommon to have 1/3 of parking spots taken up by construction. Many days it may take 10-15 mins to even walk to your apartment given the available parking spots. However the worse part is that you run the risk of hitting a nail. I had to get my tire repaired due to hitting a nail on the property.
