I've been here 14 years, and gone through several Managers. Anna, and Her staff are great, and gets any request done. Great place to live.

From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth and professional, and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and responsive to any questions or maintenance requests. The community is well-maintained, and I appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to landscaping and cleanliness in the common areas. My apartment itself has been comfortable and spacious, with modern finishes and a layout that really makes it feel like home. Some things that aren't listed on their website that you might want to know:they charge you $25 a month for an alarm feed, $40 a month for "valet trash", and $30 a month for using a washer/dryer. They won't accept your application at first unless you make 3x more than the rent monthly. These apartments definitely aren't luxury, the management is so scattered brain and doesn't keep their word. I would not recommend moving in here. There are plenty of other options in the area that are much better than this place. My experience: I applied for 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, and the manager called and asked if I would be okay with a 1 bed while they updated the 2 bed prior to me moving in (keep in mind they called like 1.5 weeks prior to me moving). Park on Clairmont is a beautiful community with amazing staff. The community manager pays a great deal of attention to details and is focused on resident needs. She is a fantastic!

I have truly enjoy living here for the past two years! Anna and the team have provide the best service. Any service request i submit gets done in timely manner and maintenance are always respectful. I love the locations, you literally have anything you need minutes away!
