I live here been here almost a year and planning on staying longer love it they made my move in easy and fast I had a pipe break and they fixed it quick with no problem Gigi is amazing she answers my calls and takes care of things without hesitation costumer service always great 😊

This place is full of ROACHES it’s disgusting. They tell you to put yourself on the pest list but even the company that comes out even said how bad it is here. Another thing it’s a FLOOD ZONE & no warning was given & families lost their homes all on first floor. Gigi is completely rude & disrespectful, never answers the phone!, poor communication! & she tries to act like she isn’t aware of things. She also was telling me i couldn’t have family over !! are you kidding me!! i’ve heard her even speak disrespectful to the maintenance man Angel while he was in the unit trying to figure out why the water pressure wasn’t working. They also took months to come and fix the front door frame & didn’t bother to paint it back the same color while the inside looked horrible as if a child did it themselv

Only been here for 2 years and we had some ups and downs ( if you know what I mean).The landlord is not to be messed with. If you need something done it’s done without the slightest hesitation. Never met someone who’s so caring and understanding… It’s a nice 1/1 very big room and living room Beautiful, marble kitchen state the arts washer and dryer ..Very nice place to call home .

Almost two year living here don’t have any complaints anytime I need something fix they send someone fast the same day witch I love good neighbors, good area you have everything close groceries, food, gas station banks etc
