Park On Bandera Apartments

There is no operating pool at this apartment. The apartments barely have functioning appliances. There is mold growing in the walls. The maintenance is mainly just a man that rigs things with old parts and nothing gets repaired in a timely manner. These apartments are ran down and the type of people who get rented to only stay a month or less and there are more vacancies than occupancies. The management in the office changes every 3 to 6 months. And they work their own personal hours and are not available whenever you need to get a hold of them. They overcharge for apartments. I would consider renting here unless it's last resort.

Worst apartment I have ever lived it's infested with roaches and lots of homeless people

If I could give this apartment complex a straight 0 I would. Please DO NOT decide to rent these apartments my best friend has lived here for over 5 years and has had her car stolen twice in less than two months. When she informed the apartment managers they say they cannot help them. And that there are cameras when there is absolutely NO cameras monitoring the activities going on in this complex. Her packages are always stolen when I strongly believe it’s the office stealing them. The gates never work, they false advertise a pool when there is no pool on the grounds. Paying $1,400 a month for rent with trash all around the property, homeless population is just getting worse around the property. Gun shots are heard almost every night and it’s scary for the many children that live there. Any

The GOOD- The application and Process was fast and easy. The manager was so helpful and She helped me out. Rent is very reasonable for my 1 bedroom. The BAD- My apartment had a lot of mold on the windows when I moved in and roaches. The apartment was not painted at move in. Overall I pretty much deep deep cleaned my apartment and I Bomb 💣 my apartment for all the roaches. DIY Would I recommend these apartments to someone in need of a apartment YES!

I lived here not to long ago i would not recommend very ghetto nothing is ever kept up with no one should live here unless you are desperate for any place to live. Also its roach infested
