Park Oaks Duplexes

I moved to Georgia in July from Maryland. I had the pleasure of meeting Monique. She was amazing and very informative she answered every question and put my mind at ease moving cross country. I love Park Oaks. The neighborhood is clean and very quiet. I love my huge backyard and spacious duplex. They have lawn maintenance every other week and keep my lawn looking absolutely beautiful. Park Oaks definitely meets every expectation you could have! I would recommend this place to any fri end or family member.

Huntington Apartment Homes is the most professional and communicative group I have rented from in Georgia. The staff were all amazing. I loved living here! Unfortunately I only got to live at Park Oaks for a year as I was moving out of state, but I would’ve stayed longer if I could. Highly recommend them!

We just moved in a few months ago and we’re so happy to finally have a home to live in! This is a fantastic location for smaller families, and before we moved in the entire unit was renovated with essentially new appliances!

Rented with Dovetail going on 2 years now, got a great deal on a nice duplex. Neighbors are friendly and the community is usually quiet and peaceful. They have always responded quickly to our service calls and are always courteous and polite!

I love the neighborhood. Our leasing agent April was great. I would stay anywhere else in Athens buy here. Nicely manicured lawn, timely service calls most of the time, and just an all around great neighborhood.
