Shonte and Janiece are AMAZING!!! They greet everyone, make sure everybody is taken care of and make this community feel like home! The maintenance staff is GREAT and take care of requests in a timely manner…especially Xavier and Mr. Jose!!! I love living here! I know there were posts about the fire alams, but I’ve been here for two years and that’s so much better now! If you’re looking for a good community vibe and staff who don’t make you feel like just another resident, come in and meet these ladies! I love it here!!

Park and Market Apartments are just perfect for me! Just moved in and love this area and how convenient everything is to my apartment. I can’t say enough about Shonte!! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting my apartment. Thank you Shonte for all of your help …You are awesome!!! You made the entire process so quick and easy- from my apartment tour to signing the lease!!

I can’t say enough good things about Park & Market. Fiona and the front office team and Maintenance Department consistently went above and beyond, not only being incredibly responsive and professional, but also taking the extra care to keep an eye on my 89-year-old father, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. Their kindness, attentiveness, and quick follow-through truly set them apart. That said, the facilities and amenities are wonderful and very well maintained, making the community both comfortable and welcoming. The location is another huge plus—convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful green space, all of which make everyday living easy and enjoyable. If you live on the top floor of this place, know that you sound like Godzilla when you walk. Get some padded house shoes or pull your punches a bit. Quit shaking your downstairs neighbor's apartment. Everyone with upstairs neighbors knows this and you need to as well. I've never lived in an apartment with such poor soundproofing between floors when it comes to impact noise. If I move, that will be why. That said, maintenance has been pretty good, despite aging appliances in units like mine. The office staff have overall been fine. Don't park below the 4th floor if you can help it. Both of my vehicles were hit on the 3rd floor not longer after moving in.

Maintenance is helpful. Location is ideal. Parking garage door is broken regularly. Tough to find parking on designated floors for residents. Has cockroaches. Vendors reinstalled my balcony door terribly which allowed for water to leak through and lots of bugs. Water was also leaking through the balcony door prior to reinstalling. Fire Alarm goes off non stop here !! Monthly occurrence. I’ve had to sit outside at 2am several times because the fire alarm was going off for 1-2 hours. This is not the definition of “upscale”.
