Park Landing

The staff at Park Landing Apartments were extremely supportive as we completed the application process. We were out searching for a new home when we were told by a different apartment complex to check out Park Landing Apartments.They had two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a laundry room unit, just what we were looking for. A big thank you to the leasing agents who were friendly, and encouraged us to take advantage of the special offers for completing the application today. We rushed home to get the required documents and returned to what we hoped will be our new home. The fit was the grace of God. When the pieces come together with ease, it is meant to be. 🙏🏿 for new home we’re hoping to have found at Park Landing Apartments. 🌷

I went to visit the property because they do not answer or return phone calls. The consultant very quickly showed me a unit, handed me some papers and explained them so quickly that I had no idea what she said, and then very quickly ushered me out because she had “a couple of other people waiting.” Guess I was just chopped liver.

Very clean, tidy and spacious apartments. Plenty of parking to it and they are just perfect in many ways! From the hardwood floors, built in pantry, cabinet space and blocked off balconies on the first floors. Pool, grills and little walkways through the center of the buildings. The receptionist and desk people are very kind, patient and helpful. Great with explaining what is added to bills and more! Just wish we were accepted to live there but nonetheless still an amazing place.

Gm I hate to be a tenant w/bad news but, when we moved in we were very happy! Now we can’t get no work done ! I been waiting for a light fixture and a weight for my kitchen sink! Maintenance keep saying it’s on back orders! Wow I think that the building is getting full and the team is overwhelmed ! Now we have to get help other measures! So we have to go higher up and put things in our on hands! This tenant is not happy at all!👎🏾

OMG!!! What a Wonderful Experience. Park Landing Senior Apartments in Woodbridge, VA is the BEST. A Professional Staff. Phenomenal Apartments. I just Trusted GOD 🙏🙏🙏
