Park Lafayette

Great location, parking is easy. The management is unnecessarily nosy and rude. The building is old, and really hasn’t been renovated at all. The first floor smells disgusting 24/7 like the trash room. Only one elevator works most of the time and they’re painfully h slow. Trying to get the managements help with literally anything takes weeks, and that’s if they listen at all. The unit I lived in definitely had mold under both sinks. Would absolutely not recommend renting or buying a property here. I previously owned a condo in centennial and know how an HOA is SUPPOSED to act and behave. This HOA doesn’t seem to want to be helpful or do their jobs, they want to give people a hard time because micromanaging (without actually addressing issues) is unprofessional. Great location with solid management. The community is a mix of rental and owned units (though all are condos) and the proximity to Wash Park couldn't be any better. Definitely recommend as a solid building to either rent or buy in.
