Park La Jolla Apartments

Amazing Place! VERY reasonable Rent for the area. Not densely built up with nice greenspace in and around buildings. Each building has only 4 apartments with a stairwell in the middle so no shared walls. Gardening and Maintenance staff live on premises and they take INCREDIBLE Care of their tenants. I've been here 40+ years and I've never had any repair I've requested take more than 1 day, including the time my gas stove quit lighting on a day I was having an important diner party. I called them at Noon ... didn't want to stick a lit match in an oven full of gas ... new stove installed by 3 pm same afternoon! Dinner Party Saved! Tennants rarely move out, I don't plan to, so availability is extremely limited.

Its a beautiful area to live in but I cleaned house for a father of two kids he was elated on how fast and clean his home was when I finished. I work for Aqua Maids cleaning services look us up on Goggle 5 stars

Nothing fantastic, nothing horrible. Just clean, quiet, and affordable but very average apartments. The worst part about this place was the awkward explanation that would invariably ensue after giving out my address. "You know where Mission ends?" "Birdrock?" "Before that, at Turquoise." "Oh, so you meant you live in Pacific Beach?" "Well, the address is La Jolla, but yeah." Because of the weight of the reputation of La Jolla, this innocuous interaction comes across as a little pretentious for no fault of either party involved. Who knows, maybe I brought the awkward!

Very affordable for La Jolla, quiet and great neighbors! They definitely need a little remodeling but it feels great.

Dropped my friend off here at her friends it was very quiet clean unfortunately there was a sewage smell but besides that it was very nice
